         Tampereen Vesi Liikelaitos on hankkimassa siirrettäviä varavoimakoneita vesihuollon turvaamiseksi. Koneet hankitaan noin 20 vuoden käyttöiäksi, joten koneiden tulee olla toiminnaltaan luotettavia, teknisesti laadukkaita ja Suomen ilmaston poikkeusoloihin sopivia. Koneita hankitaan viisi kappaletta.

         Kaikki referenssit täyttävät osallistumishakemukset otetaan mukaan tarjousvaiheeseen. Tarjouspyyntö tullaan lähettämään viikolla 27-28.

         Koneille osoitetaan vakituinen varastointipaikka, missä ne ovat myös varavoimakäytössä. Tarvittaessa koneita siirretään muihin kohteisiin, joten koneiden helppo siirreltävyys on olennaista. Koneiden tulee olla automaattisesti tahdistavia. Niiden käynnistäminen ja pysäyttäminen käsin tulee kysymykseen vain poikkeustapauksissa.

         Varavoimakoneiden teknisistä vaatimuksista on liitteenä taulukko. Kaikki taulukon tekniset vaatimukset tulee täyttää, jotta tarjous olisi hyväksyttävä. Teknisten ominaisuuksien lisäksi vaatimuksia on asetettu esimerkiksi huolto-organisaatiolle.

         Hankintaan liittyy myös koneiden toimittajien ja valmistajien velvollisuus tehdä yhteistyötä Tilaajan muiden suunnittelijoiden kanssa kokonaisvaltaisesti tyydyttävän lopputuloksen toteuttamiseksi.
