         Tämän hankinnan kohteena on Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy:n uuden Ratakorjaamon KVR-urakka, jossa KVR-urakoitsija suunnittelee ja toteuttaa Ratakorjaamon uudet tuotantotilat tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä esitetyn laajuuden ja ominaisuuksien mukaisesti. Uudet ratakorjaamon tilat on päätetty rakentaa Helsingin Kivikkoon, tonteille Kivikonlaita 18 ja 20.

         Kaupunkiliikenne Oy kantaa merkittävänä rakennuttajana suuren yhteiskunnallisen vastuun laadukkaiden ja ympäristövastuullisten rakennushankkeiden edistämisestä, joten hankkeessa halutaan toimia edelläkävijänä ympäristövastuullisuutta koskevissa osa-alueissa.

         Tilaaja on päättänyt toteuttaa hankkeen kokonaisvastuu-urakkana eli KVR-urakkana. Täten urakoitsija vastaa sekä suunnittelusta että toteutuksesta. Tilaaja valitsee palveluntuottajat ottaen huomioon hankkeen ominaispiirteet. Hankinta toteutetaan kilpailullisella neuvottelumenettelyllä.

         Osallistumisvaiheen aikataulu:

         - osallistumispyynnön julkaisu 23.5.2023

         - kysymysten esittäminen 30.5.2023 klo 12 mennessä

         - vastaukset julkaistaan viimeistään 1.6.2023

         - osallistumishakemusten jättö 8.6.2023 klo 12.

         Tilaajan tavoitteena on löytää urakoitsija, jolla on parhaat edellytykset toteuttaa Ratakorjaamohanke. Tilaaja arvostaa ehdokkaiden kokemusta hankkeista, jotka ovat samankaltaisia kyseisen hankkeen kanssa.

         Jos soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttäviä ehdokkaita osallistuu hankintaan enintään kolme (3), valitaan kaikki ehdokkaat neuvotteluihin.

         Jos soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttäviä ehdokkaita osallistuu hankintaan enemmän kuin kolme (3), heistä valitaan neuvotteluihin kolme (3) ehdokasta ehdokkaan referenssihankkeiden perusteella jäljempänä kerrottujen kriteerien mukaisesti.

         Referenssit tulee täyttää kohtaan "Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit".
