         HUS-yhtymä pyytää tarjouksia autojen rengas- ja monimerkkihuollot -palvelusta. Kyseessä on yhteishankinta, jolloin solmittavien sopimusten mukaisia tuotteita ja palveluita saavat hankkia HUS-hyvinvointiyhtymän kaikki eri yksiköt ja tytäryhtiöt. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä mukana olevista HUS-yhtymän osapuolista käytetään jäljempänä lyhennettä "Tilaaja".

         Hankintaan sisältyy HUSin omistamien tai hallinnassa olevien ajoneuvojen määräaikaishuoltoja, korjauksia ja rengastöitä.

         Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena 2 vuotta ja jatkuu sen jälkeen toistaiseksi voimassa olevana.

         YHTEISHANKINNAN TIEDOT

         Kyseessä on useamman eri HUS-vastuuyksikön yhteishankinta. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä pyydettyjä tuotteita ja palveluita tulevat käyttämään HUS-yhtymän eri yksiköt, mutta solmittavan sopimuksen omistajana tulee toimimaan HUS Akuutti, jolla on tarjouspyyntöä julkaistaessa suurin määrä sopimuksen kohteena olevia ajoneuvoja. Tällä hetkellä sopimus tulisi koskemaan vähintään liitteen 8 ( HUS Akuutin ambulansseja ja invatakseja) mukaisia sairaankuljetusautoja, ja jatkossa myös osaa muista HUSin omista ajoneuvoista, joille ei ole huoltoleasingsopimuksia.

         Aiemmin tässä ilmoituksessa kohdassa I.2 Yhteishankinta, on rastitettu teknisistä syistä kohta "Sopimuksen tekee yhteishankintayksikkö", kuitenkin kyseessä on useamman eri HUS-vastuuyksikön yhteishankinta.

         Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.

         Vaatimuksena on, että tarjoaja on sijoittumismaassaan rekisteröitynyt kaupparekisteriin, ennakkoperintälain mukaiseen ennakkoperintärekisteriin ja työnantajarekisteriin sekä arvonlisäverolain mukaiseen arvonlisäverovelvollisten rekisteriin, jos lainsäädäntö edellyttää rekisteröitymistä.
