         Hankinnan kohteena on lokitietojärjestelmäratkaisu, joka kokoaa lokitiedot operatiivisista järjestelmistä keskitettyyn tietokantaan. Lokitietojärjestelmän avulla terveydenhuollon asiakkaan tietojen käytön tilannekuva voidaan esittää yhdessä näkymässä. Näkymän tiedot koostetaan tarvittavista taustajärjestelmistä.

         Lokitietojärjestelmän järjestelmäratkaisulla tarjotaan välinettä, joka tukee käyttäjää käyttölokitietojen potilaskohtaisessa raportoinnissa ja mahdollistaa työnantajalähtöisen poikkeamaraportoinnin. Hankittavaa järjestelmäratkaisua käytetään käyttölokitietojen hallintaan, käsittelyyn ja raportointiin.

         Hankinta koskee valmista lokitietojärjestelmäratkaisua, joka sisältää seuraavat moduulit ja toiminnallisuudet sekä niiden käytön edellyttämät palvelut:

         • Käyttölokitietojärjestelmän järjestelmäratkaisun

         • Integraatiot

         • Käyttäjätukipalvelut

         • Ylläpito- ja hallintapalvelut

         • Käyttöönotto- ja täydentävät asiantuntijapalvelut

         Lokitietojärjestelmällä tulee voida kerätä ja arkistoida potilas- ja asiakastietojärjestelmien käyttölokitietoja sekä tuottaa lokiseurantaraportteja selvityspyyntöjen perusteella. Järjestelmän tulee mahdollistaa myös Asiakkaan sisäinen oman toiminnan seuranta.

         Järjestelmällä tulee pystyä raportoimaan potilas- ja asiakasjärjestelmien käyttötapahtumat sekä potilaskohtaisesti että käyttäjäkohtaisesti.

         Lokitietojärjestelmään tuodaan tietoa muista järjestelmistä integraatioiden välityksellä. Integroitavia järjestelmiä ovat Acute ja WinHIT.

         Vähimmäisvaatimuksena toteutettavien integraatioiden lisäksi lokitietojärjestelmään tulee pystyä liittämään myös muita lähdejärjestelmiä, jotka mahdollisesti myöhemmin halutaan käyttölokien yhteisen seurannan ja raportoinnin piiriin.
