        Tuomi Logistiikka Oy kilpailuttaa Raatihuoneen ravintolapalvelut. Hankinnassa on kyse Tampereen Raatihuoneen juhla- ja edustuspalveluista.

        Tämä on hankintaa koskeva osallistumispyyntö, johon kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat vastaavat osallistumishakemuksellaan. Kaikki hankintaa koskevat seikat tarkentuvat menettelyn edetessä.

        Alustavan suunnitelman mukaan hankinta tullaan toteuttamaan palveluhankintana yhden tarjoajan kanssa laadittavalla sopimuksella. Tarjoajan tulee vastata Tampereen Raatihuoneen juhla- ja edustuspalveluista myöhemmin tarkentuvan toteutuksen mukaisesti.

        Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa varsinaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella. Palvelua tulee tuottaa sopimuksen mukaisesti keskeytyksettä koko sopimuskauden ja mahdollisen optiokauden ajan.

        Optiolla tarkoitetaan mahdollisuutta sopimuksen jatkamiseen alkuperäisin ehdoin.

        Mahdollinen ehdokkaiden karsinta tehdään lisäreferenssien (0-7 kpl) ja referenssiasiakkaiden asiakastyytyväisyyskyselyn perusteella. Referenssien pisteytys on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnön kohdassa "Muut ehdot". Maksimissaan viisi (5) eniten pisteitä saanutta ehdokasta valitaan mukaan menettelyyn.

      Kyseessä on hankintalain (1397/2016) liitteen E mukaisten Ravintola- ja tarjoilupalvelujen (55300000–3) hankinta, jonka menettelyyn noudatetaan hankintalain 109 §:ää. Hankintamenettelynä on hankintalain mukaisen neuvottelumenettelyn kaltainen menettely.
