         Tarjouspyynnön kohteena oleva sopimus koskee perusopetuslain (628/1998) 32 §:n sekä tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisia koulukuljetuksia Hausjärven kunnan peruskoulujen lukuvuosina 2023–2024 ja 2024–2025. Tilaajalla (Hausjärven kunta) on oikeus käyttää sopimuskauden päättyessä lukuvuoden 2025–2026 koulukuljetuksia koskeva optio tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteenä olevassa hankintasopimuksessa (liite 5) määrätyllä tavalla.

         Hankinnassa noudatetaan lakia julkisista hankinnoista (1397/2016, hankintalaki).

         Hankintamenettelynä käytetään hankintalain 32 §:n mukaista avointa menettelyä. Hankinta on EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä hankinta.
