Reference number: ECHA/2022/502The objective of the call for tenders is the establishment of two separate FWCs (i.e., 2 Lots) for the provision of scientific consulting services for the development of new approach methodologies (NAM) based tools and data for hazard identification and characterisation of industrial chemicals, including polymers and nanoforms.
Framework Contract for Omics Data Generation and Methodological Developments of NAMs related to Hazard Assessment of Industrial Chemicals and Polymers

The purpose of this call for tenders is the establishment of a single multiannual framework contract for the provision of services related to the methodological developments and the generation of the molecular data (mainly ‘omics) for industrial chemicals.
The original duration of the FWC is 2 years, with the possibility of two renewals for 2 years each.

The purpose of the call for tenders is the establishment of a single multiannual framework contract for the provision of services related to methodological developments and data generation for the assessment and building of sets of nanoforms.
The original duration of the FWC is 2 years, with the possibility of two renewals for 2 years each.
NAM data generation efforts will spread over many years. It is essential to maintain consistency and limit inter-laboratory variability of the generated data. A substantial investment in time and effort will be required from ECHA and the contractor to achieve the objectives of contract. Sufficient time should be given for return on investment for the contractor to guarantee effective competition.

If you believe that there was maladministration, you may lodge a complaint to the European Ombudsman within 2 years of the date when you became aware of the facts on which the complaint is based (see http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu). Such complaint does not have as an effect either to suspend the time limit to launch an appeal or to open a new period for lodging an appeal. Within two months of the notification of the award decision you may lodge an appeal to the body referred to in VI.4.1).
