Hankittava kokonaisuus sisältää leasingrahoituksen sekä työsuhdepyöräpalvelun hallinnoinnin Tilaajille ja Tilaajien työsuhdepyöräetuun oikeutetulle henkilöstölle.

         Tilaaja ovat Lempäälän, Pirkkalan ja Vesilahden kunnat sekä Kangasalan, Nokian ja Oriveden kaupungit. Kuntien työsuhdepyöräedun piiriin kuuluvaan henkilöstöön kuuluu noin 3500 työntekijää.

         Hankittava kokonaisuus sisältää leasingrahoituksen sekä työsuhdepyörien sopimusten hallinnoinnin, asiakaspalvelun sekä sähköisen hallintajärjestelmän käytön Tilaajille ja Tilaajien työsuhdepyöräetuun oikeutetulle henkilöstölle.
