         Hankinnan kohteena oleva siivouspalvelu ja siivottava tilat on kuvattu tarkemmin työohjeessa, laatukuvauksessa, pohjapiirustuksissa ja sopimusluonnoksessa (liitteet 1, 2, 3 ja 4).

         Tarjouskilpailun perusteella valitaan yksi (1) palveluntuottaja, jonka kanssa Kela tekee palvelusopimuksen Kelan Tampereen toimitalon siivouspalvelusta.

         Hankintamenettely käynnistyy hankintailmoituksen julkaisemisella Hilma-ilmoituskanavassa ja kaikki tarjouspyyntöasiakirjat ovat sähköisesti ja avoimesti kaikkien saatavilla Tarjouspalvelussa. Hankintamenettelyssä kaikki halukkaat toimittajat voivat tehdä tarjouksen tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti.
