         Espoon Asunnot Oy on Espoon kaupungin omistama kiinteistöyhtiö, jonka tarkoituksena on tuottaa asumispalveluja kuntalaisille. Tällä hetkellä omistuksessa on n. 320 kiinteistöä ja niissä on n. 16 000 asuntoa.

         Espoon Asunnot Oy kilpailuttaa asuntojen nanopinnoituspalvelut. Palvelu koskee asuntojen kylpyhuoneiden vesieristystä rikkomaton kylpyhuoneen huollon, kunnostus ja pinnoituskäsittelypalvelut. Sisältää kaakelisaumojen uusimisen ja silikonit.

         Hankinnassa käytetään avointa menettelyä.

         Sopimus tehdään kahden palveluntuottajan kanssa ja varalle valitaan yksi palveluntuottaja. Sopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, jossa ensimmäisen vuoden aikana irtisanomisaika molemmin puolin on 1 kk ja sen jälkeen 4 kk.

         Palvelua tilataan tarpeen mukaan, emmekä voi taata palveluntuottajalle mitään tilauskantaa. Sopimuksen arvo on karkea arvio nanopalvelujen tarpeesta neljäön vuoden aikana.
