         Rakennushankkeen tarkoituksena on toteuttaa yhteiset tilat suomen- ja ruotsinkielisille lukioille sekä opistoille. Hanke toteutetaan elnikaarihankkeena, johon kuuluu KVR-urakasuoritus ja kohteen ylläpito. Palveluntuottaja vastaa kohteen käytettävyydestä ja olosuhteiden ylläpidosta alustavasti noin 20 vuoden ajan.

         Hankinta toteutetaan kilpailullisella neuvontamenettelyllä siten, että alustavan aikataulun mukaan neuvottelut käydään vuoden 2023 alkupuolella ja sopimus pyritään solmimaan 2023. Rakentamisen olisi tarkoitus alkaa viimeistään vuoden 2024 aikana siten, että rakennuksen tulee valmistua alustavasti keväällä 2026.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Hanke toteutetaan elinkaarihankkeena, jossa palveluntuottaja vastaa hankkeen KVR-urakasta sekä kohteen ylläpidosta sopimuskauden ajan. Hankinta toteutetaan kilpailullisella neuvottelumenettelyllä. Alustavan aikataulun mukaan neuvottelut käydään vuoden 2023 aikana ja myös sopimus pyritään allekirjoittamaan 2023 vuoden aikana. Rakentamisen on tarkoitus käynnistyä vuoden 2024 aikana siten, että kohde on vastaanotettu kevään 2026 aikana.

         Hankkeen tavoite on toteuttaa tilat suomenkieliselle ja ruotsinkielisille lukioille sekä opistoille. Hankkeelle asetetaan arkkitehtuurisia tavoitteita.
