         Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue pyytää osittain indeksisidottua kiinteää kokonaisurakkatarjoustanne Salon sairaalan uudisrakennuksen ilmanvaihtourakasta tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteenä olevien asiakirjojen mukaisesti kaikkine töineen täysin valmiiksi saatettuna. Urakka toteutetaan pääurakkaan alistettuna sivu-urakkana.

         Hankkeen bruttopinta-ala on 15 042 brm² ja tilavuus noin 66 444 m3. Sisältäen uudisrakennukset, vanhojen tilojen peruskorjauksen (A- ja C-osa) 1 636 brm² sekä muut tekniset tilat 137 brm² (kaasukeskus- (korjaaminen), varavoima- ja muuntamotila (uusi)).

         Rakennusurakka jaetaan kahteen urakkavaiheeseen. Urakkavaihe 1 sisältää F-osan rakentamisen piha-alueineen ja maalämpötöineen, tarvittavineen ennakkotöineen sekä K- ja A-osan purun. Urakkavaihe 2 sisältää D-osan rakentamisen sekä L- ja M-osan purun sekä piha-alueen loppuun saattamiset. Ensimmäisessä urakkavaiheessa tehdään sairaalan F-osan rakentaminen siihen liittyvineen purku ja liittymistöineen alkaen huhtikuussa 2023 ja urakka valmistuu maaliskuun loppuun 2025 mennessä. Toisen urakkavaiheen D-osa sis. piha-alueet valmistuu syyskuussa 2027 ja piha-alueen loppuunsaattamiset toukokuussa 2028.
