         Hanke on uudisrakennushanke, joka käsittää vapaarahoitteisten vuokrarivitalojen rakentamisen KVR-urakkana. Kohde toteutetaan Siilinjärvelle osoitteeseen Silkkiuikuntie 5-7, 71800 Siilinjärvi.

         Urakkamuotona on kiinteähintainen KVR-urakka sisältäen kohteen suunnittelun ja rakentamisen kokonaisuudessaan täysin valmiiksi. KVR-urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana.
