1. This project is financed by the World Bank through the above financing. Airports Fiji Pte Limited trading as Fiji Airports (FA) invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the Emergency repairs to Labasa pavement to be completed 4 weeks from 16th Feb 2025 (excluding mobilisation).

2. Eligible bidders should have experience in the construction of at least one contract of the nature and complexity equivalent to the Works described in this Invitation, during the last three years and should provide evidence of financial resources to successfully complete the Works.

3. A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in English will be available to invited eligible bidders on Tenderlink https://portal.tenderlink.com/afl/.

4. Quotations must be uploaded on Tenderlink https://portal.tenderlink.com/afl/ on or before November 3, 2025 at 09:00am local Fiji time. Late quotations may be rejected.

5. A pre-bid meeting will be organized on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 11:00am local Fiji time virtually here: meet.google.com/eey-ycux-dmg

6. A site visit will be organized upon Bidder’s request to fj.procurement@outlook.com. All costs of attending the site visit will be sole responsibility of the Bidders.
