1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry of Finance (MoF) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Ethiopia Rural Connectivity to Support Food Security Program (P176303) and the project implementer intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for The Procurement of Servers.
2. The Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Institute (ATI) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:

3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” under International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) Loans and International Development Association (IDA) Credits dated July 2016 and revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Institute (ATI), Gezahegn Atnafu, gezahegn.atnafu@ati.gov.et and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. from Mondays to Friday at the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English language may be freely accessed by interested Bidders upon submission of a written application / request to the email addresses indicated below. Once email request has been sent to the designated email addresses, a soft copy of the bidding document in PDF format will be sent to the requester. To facilitate further communication and correspondence, the bidder should indicate the name of the company, contact/focal person, telephone number, workable email address and relevant information on his/her request email.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before September 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Local Time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on September 5, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Local Time.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 700,000.00 (Seven Hundred Thousand) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
