VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Sõlmitud hankelepingu muutmisega ei muudeta hankelepingu üldist olemust ja ühegi muudatuse tulemusena ei suurene hankelepingu maksumus rohkem kui 50 protsenti hankelepingu algsest maksumusest. Sõlmitud lepingu maksumuse muudatuse põhjuseks on toiduainete kiire hinnatõus. Venemaale kehtestatud sanktsioonide mõjust, toorainete puudusest ja kütusehindade tõusust põhjustatuna on toimunud oluline hinnakallinemine toiduainete tööstuses.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Lepingu hinna muudatused tingis hetkel maailmas ettenägematu olukord Ukrainas valitseva sõjalise olukorraga ning agressorriikide Venemaa ja Valgevene riikidele kehtestatud sanktsioonidega. Pakkumuse esitamisel 2020.a. ei osanud mitte keegi, ka kõige hoolsam pakkuja, ette näha ja arvestada Eestis kui ka kogu maailmas väga kiirelt kallinevate toiduainete hindadega, mis takistavad müüjal täita lepingulisi kohustusi.
