Toetudes riigihangete seaduse §123 lg 1 punktile 4 lepivad pooled kokku kehtestada alates 01.01.2023 kuni raamlepingu lõppemiseni uued hinnad.

Pikaajalisest COVID-19 pandeemiast ning Ukraina-Venemaa sõjast tingitud asjaoludel

on oluliselt kallinenud tooraine ning tootmise hind ehk pooltele pakkumuse tegemisel ja

lepingu sõlmimisel objektiivselt ettenägematute asjaolude tõttu on lepinguliste

kohustuste tasakaal muutunud määral, mis põhjendab lepingu muutmist;
