Pikaajalisest COVID-19 pandeemiast ning Ukraina-Venemaa sõjast tingitud asjaoludel
on oluliselt kallinenud tooraine ning tootmise hind ehk pooltele pakkumuse tegemisel ja
lepingu sõlmimisel objektiivselt ettenägematute asjaolude tõttu on lepinguliste
kohustuste tasakaal muutunud määral, mis põhjendab lepingu muutmist;
