Indkøb af modul-løsning til genbrugsplads. AffaldPlus ønsker at foretage en direkte tildeling til Modulo Systems, Slotsgade 65b,

3400 Hillerød. Modulos produkt er omfattet af et europæisk patent efter den europæiske patentkonvention ("EPK") og derfor omfattet af patentlovens beskyttelse såvel som øvrig EPK-landes patentlovgovning.

Det indebærer således, at Modulo har eneret til at fremstille og udbyde en modulbaseret, fleksibel og flytbar

konstruktion til affaldshåndtering på fx genbrugspladser, og at andre økonomiske aktører ikke lovligt kan

fremstille og udbyde Modulos Produkt eller en tilsvarende løsning. Beskyttelsen omfatter også fremstilling og

udbud af dele af den beskyttede løsning.

AffaldPlus har et ønske om at den valgte løsning skal være en modulbaseret, fleksibel og flytbar konstruktion til affaldshåndtering på genbrugspladserne. Modulo System opfylder disse krav.
