Dette udbud omfatter opsætning af offentlige ladepunkter på kommunalt areal og vejarealer i Aarhus Kommune. Derudover omfatter udbuddet opsætning af sensorer på/i jorden/ladestanderen ved alle ladepladser.

Der skal etableres 108 ladestandere/216 ladepunkter ved 39 lokationer i Aarhus Kommune. 8 af disse ladestandere/16 ladepunkter er hurtigladere, mens de resterende er normalladere. Udbuddet er opdelt i 11 delaftaler. Der indgås en koncessionskontrakt med én leverandør pr. delaftale.

Koncessionskontrakterne indebærer, at der ikke forventes at ske en betaling fra ordregiver til operatøren. Risikoen for etablering, drift, vedligeholdelse, renholdelse, servicering, rapportering og administration påhviler således alene de kommende operatører. Operatørerne får som modydelse hertil eneret til at virke som ladeoperatør af de vundne ladestander-pladser.

Nærværende udbud vedrører ikke ladestandere til den kommunale bilflåde.
