II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

I forbindelse med klargøringen af dette udbud vil vi afholde leverandørhørings-/produktpræsentationsmøder, hvor interesserede Tilbudsgivere kan komme med input til det præliminære udbudsmateriale og præsentere produkter for brugergruppen. Udbudsmaterialet er ikke nødvendigvis det helt endelige udbudsmateriale.

Høringsmøderne finder sted tirsdag d. 15. august 2023 i tidsrummet kl. 08.00 - 16.00 på Sjællands Universitetshospital i Roskilde.

Ordregiver vil efter tilmeldingsfristens udløb tildele et mødetidspunkt på dagen til de interesserede tilbudsgivere (forventeligt 30-45 minutter).

Tilbudsgiver bedes angive hvilke delaftaler man har interesse i at præsentere produkter til og afgive høringssvar til, da den tildelte tid afhænger heraf.

For rekvirering af udbudsmaterialet til høring og tilmelding til høringsmøderne fremsendes en mail til: Udbudskonsulent Peter Hueg, email phue@regionsjaelland.dk senest mandag d. 7. august 2023 kl. 12.00.
