         Ansøger skal udfylde relevante afsnit af ESPD.

         Ansøgers generelle egnethed til at udføre den udbudte rammeaftale vurderes på baggrund af oplysninger om de udelukkelsesgrunde, der fremgår af følgende hovedafsnit i ESPD:

         Ansøger skal have en positiv soliditetsgrad i seneste årsregnskab.

         List and brief description of selection criteria:

         Ansøger skal udfylde felt med referencer i ESPD.

         Ansøger skal have relevante og betydelige erfaringer med udførelse af tilsvarende opgaver i form af mindst tre (3) sammenlignelige og acceptable referencer. Der skal derfor som minimum gives oplysninger om tre (3) referencer udført inden for de seneste 5 år. Man kan godt oplyse flere end tre referencer, da det er et minimumsantal, men der kan ikke oplyses flere end fem (5).

         Ansøger skal have tilstrækkelig mandskabsmæssig kapacitet til at kunne udføre de udbudte opgaver med tilstrækkelig hurtighed.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         Med ”relevante og betydelige erfaringer” menes, at hver enkelt reference minimum har haft et omfang svarende til en kontraktværdi på kr. 200.000, og at referencerne tilsammen dokumenterer:

         1. Erfaring med uddannelsessektoren

         2. Erfaring med service- og vedligeholdsopgaver

         3. Erfaring med entrepriseopgaver

         4. Erfaring med anvendelse af kvalitetssikringsprocedurer ifm. byggeprojekter

         5. Erfaring med udarbejdelse af APV’er ved eksempelvis ”farligt arbejde”

         6. Erfaring med styring af underentreprenører/koordinering af fagentrepriser/hovedentrepriser

         7. Erfaring med rollen som koordinator for sikkerhed og sundhed på en byggeplads

         Beskrivelsen bedes indeholde oplysning om ansøgers rolle i opgavevaretagelsen, kunden og årstal for leverancen.

         Der skal angives minimum tre referencer, og der kan angives maksimum fem referencer.

         Det er et mindstekrav, at ansøger har minimum 5 faglærte tømrere eller snedkere fastansat på fuld tid.
