    Účelem této nadlimitní veřejné zakázky zadávané v užším řízení je uzavření rámcové dohody samostatně pro každou část veřejné zakázky se zadavatelem stanoveným počtem vybraných dodavatelů, kteří jsou zadavatelem zařazeni v příslušné části systému kvalifikace s názvem „Systém kvalifikace – Projektové dokumentace VN, NN“ a kteří podali nabídku na příslušnou část této veřejné zakázky a na základě provedeného hodnocení se umístil v dané části VZ v pořadí na prvním až x-tém pořadí podle stanoveného počtu dodavatelů (podrobněji viz zadávací dokumentace).
    
    Předmětem plnění této sektorové veřejné zakázky je vypracování projektových dokumentací a zajištění inženýrské činnosti související se zpracováním projektové dokumentace energetických zařízení DS provozovaných zadavatelem, zajištění vyhotovení PD na liniové stavby vedení NN, VN a transformovny VN/NN, souvisejících zařízení včetně rekonstrukcí technologie distribučních zděných i vestavěných trafostanic a souvisejících stavebních úprav, zajištění souvisejících geodetických prací a dalších s tím souvisejících činností. Předmět sektorové veřejné zakázky se vztahuje na veškeré distribuční území provozované zadavatelem v rámci vedení VN a vedení NN. Přesné vymezení předmětu sektorové veřejné zakázky a další požadavky související s jejím plněním, podmínky, specifikace a ostatní údaje jsou uvedny v zadávací dokumentaci a jejich příohách.
    
    Sektorová veřejná zakázka je v souladu s § 101 ZZVZ rozdělena na jedenáct samostatných částí (podrobněji viz jednotlivé části).
