Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

The modification consisted in the extension of validity, by 2 months, of the Specific Contract No. 5 providing for the services delivery period spanning over a period of 6 months following the expiry of the framework contract, on the basis of Art. I.3.5 of the framework contract. The overall duration therefore reached 56 months. The value of the Specific Contract no. 5 was increased accordingly, reaching from EUR 630 602,65 to EUR 835 823,26.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

The modification consisted in the extension of validity, by 2 months, of the Specific Contract No. 5 providing for the services delivery period spanning over a period of 6 months following the expiry of the framework contract, on the basis of Art. I.3.5 of the framework contract. The overall duration therefore reached 56 months. The value of the Specific Contract No. 5 was increased accordingly, reaching from EUR 630 602,65 to EUR 835 823,26. Proceeding on the basis of an amendment to the Specific Contract No. 5 was necessary to ensure business continuity until the new framework contract is signed on the basis of procurement EUSPA/OP/06/22.
