         The main scope of this EOI call is to investigate the proposed solutions of interested parties before proceeding with a request for proposal (RFP). The RFP will follow the EOI call and will be shared only with the interested parties who submitted a proposal under the EOI frame.

         Hermes expects that the selected eGPU Provider/Operator will design, finance, construct the required infrastructure, supervise the implementation works, test and commission and be fully responsible for the operation and maintenance of the equipment for the entire contract duration. The eGPU Provider/Operator will perform all required steps to make projects eligible, respect all of the aerodrome constraints and secure any necessary operating permits.
