Tokom izrade idejnog i glavnog projekta došlo je do znatnog povećanja površine građevine i njezine složenosti zbog zahtjeva laboratorijskih postupaka koji se trebaju provoditi
u odjelima BIMISA i koji su proizašli iz zakonskih, tehnoloških i pravila biološke sigurnosti.

Tokom izrade idejnog i glavnog projekta došlo je do znatnog povećanja površine građevine i njezine složenosti zbog zahtjeva laboratorijskih postupaka koji se trebaju provoditi
u odjelima BIMISA i koji su proizašli iz zakonskih, tehnoloških i pravila biološke sigurnosti, a koje naručitelj nije mogao predvidjeti.
