                      Rok za žalbu u slučaju sklapanja izmjene ugovora tijekom njegova trajanja iz članaka 316. i 317. Zakona o javnoj nabavi iznosi 10 dana od objave obavijesti o izmjeni u odnosu na slučajeve i okolnosti koje opravdavaju izmjenu ugovora.
