Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

S obzirom da je izvođač prilikom izvođenja radova utvrdio drugačije stanje građevine u odnosu na projektirano, bile su nužne izmjene u smislu uvođenja dodatnih radova, a sve kako bi se ispoštovala zakonska regulativa.
