Izmjena ugovora je nužna jer je nakon izmjere u objektu utvrđeno da pojedine tražene elemente nije moguće postaviti u predviđene prostore ili isti ne bi bili u skladu s normama za školski namještaj ili predstavljaju bolje funkcionalno rješenje što Naručitelj u trenutku objave postupka nije mogao predvidjeti.
