Potreba za izmjenom Okvirnog sporazuma u pogledu ukupno ugovorene vrijednosti Okvirnog sporazuma, došla je zbog povećanja opsega
aktivnosti koje Naručitelj provodi u vezi s projektom Jačanje kapaciteta za istraživanje, razvoj i inovacije KK.01.1.1.07, u sklopu Operativnoga programa Konkurentnost i kohezija
2014. - 2020. Dodatkom okvirnom sporazum je stoga izmijenjen i rok trajnja.
