    22. Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti te dokumenti kojima se dokazuje sposobnost::
    
    22.1. Gospodarski subjekt u ovom postupku mora dokazati upis u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.
    
    Za potrebe utvrđivanja okolnosti iz točke 22.1. gospodarski subjekt u ponudi dostavlja:
    
    • ispunjeni ESPD obrazac (Dio IV. Kriteriji za odabir, Odjeljak A: Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti: točka 1).
    
    Naručitelj će prije donošenja odluke od gospodarskog subjekta koji je podnio najpovoljniju ponudu zatražiti da u primjerenom roku ne kraćem od 5 (pet) dana dostavi dokaz o upisu gospodarskog subjekta u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana. Naručitelj će prihvatiti sljedeće kao dovoljan dokaz sposobnosti gospodarskog subjekta iz točke 22.1:
    
    - Za točku 22.1.- Izvadak iz sudskog, obrtnog, strukovnog ili drugog odgovarajućeg registra koji se vodi u državi članici njegova poslovnog nastana.
