        Sukladno članku 257. stavak 1. ZJN 2016 gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati svoj upis u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

        U slučaju zajednice gospodarskih subjekata svi članovi obvezni su pojedinačno dokazati ovu sposobnost.
