        . SPOSOBNOST ZA OBAVLJANJE PROFESIONALNE DJELATNOSTI

        Svaki ponuditelj mora u postupku javne nabave dokazati sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti, potrebnu za izvršenje ugovora o javnoj nabavi. Ponuditelj u ponudi mora dokazati svoj upis u sudski, obrtni,strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana (čl.257.ZJN 2016 i 2022).

        Za potrebe utvrđivanja okolnosti iz točke 4.1., gospodarski subjekt u ponudi dostavlja:
