Ugovoreni rok se povećava iz razloga pojave okolnosti koje otežavaju i onemogućavaju izvršenje ugovora u prvotno ugovorenom roku, a to su povijesno istraživanje i analiza
arhivskih materijala u suradnji s lokalnim stručnjacima koji traju duže od predviđenog na što Isporučitelj nije mogao utjecati. Ugovoreni rok se produžava za 59 dana te se
krajnji rok isporuke definira 31. srpanj 2023.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Sukladno članku 317. ZJN 2016 Javni naručitelj smije izmijeniti ugovor o javnoj nabavi tijekom njegova trajanja bez provođenja novog postupka javne nabave ako je do potrebe za
izmjenom došlo zbog okolnosti koje pažljiv javni naručitelj nije mogao predvidjeti. Ugovoreni rok se povećava iz razloga pojave okolnosti koje otežavaju i onemogućavaju
izvršenje ugovora u prvotno ugovorenom roku, a to su povijesno istraživanje i analiza arhivskih materijala u suradnji s lokalnim stručnjacima koji traju duže od predviđenog na
što Isporučitelj nije mogao utjecati.
