         Profesionalnu sposobnost gospodarski subjekt dokazuje samostalno ili u zajednici gospodarskih subjekata, odnosno ne može dokazati profesionalnu sposobnost oslanjajući se na sposobnost drugog subjekta pa niti na podugovaratelje.

         Gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati upis u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

         Gospodarski subjekt obvezan je u ponudi, kao preliminarni dokaz da ispunjava uvjete sposobnosti iz točke 4.1. Dokumentacije o nabavi, dostaviti:

         • ispunjen ESPD (Dio IV. Kriteriji za odabir, Odjeljak A: Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti: UPIS U STRUKOVNI i UPIS U OBRTNI REGISTAR.
