Qualifications or Performance:1)If the bidder is a legal person or an independent organization (If the bidder is a domestic supplier in the People"s Republic of China, it shall provide a copy of the business license; If it is a foreign supplier, it shall provide a copy of the official business registration certificate of its country or region);
