2) The bidder and the manufacturer of the bidding goods have no significant illegal records in business activities in the past three years, have not used unfair competition means to win the bid, have not been involved in major economic criminal cases, and have not had any contracts terminated or been defeated as a defendant due to any breach of contract, violation of the law, or violation of business ethics (a written statement is required);
3) The bidding goods can be either brand-new equipment or refurbished second-hand equipment, and the bidder must provide a clear description of the bidding goods in its bidding documents;
4) The bidding goods must be mature products, with no major operational accidents or significant quality complaints in the past three years (a written statement is required);
5) The bidder shall possess the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities required to fulfill the contract (providing an introduction to professional equipment and technical capabilities);
6) The bidder must have supplied at least two similar types of equipment that meet the technical specifications in the wafer manufacturing industry, and must provide contracts (or orders) as well as acceptance documents.
