3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance: Qualification Requirement:The bidder shall have the corresponding supply capacity with the bidding project, the right to independently sign the contract and the ability to fulfill the contract.
Contract Reference Requirement: The bidder shall have undertaken at least one similar project performance. A copy of the contract for similar performance with the contract date ranging from January 1, 2023 to the bid opening date shall be submitted. If the contract cannot specify the detailed project content, a technical agreement shall be attached. The specific requirements are as follows:
The contract shall be signed or sealed by all parties hereto, excluding electronic contracts, purchase orders and other special-form contracts;
The copy of the contract shall at least include the name of each contracting party, contract subject matter, contract amount, contract date, and the page with signatures and seals. Where the contract amount is not required for performance verification, the contract amount shall not be evaluated;
The contract date shall be subject to the later date between the contract effective date and the contract signing date;
The total amount of a single contract shall be no less than RMB 460,000. For contracts denominated in foreign currency, the amount shall be converted and evaluated according to the exchange rate on the bid evaluation date(25 Clause of Section 6 ). In case of framework contracts, unit price contracts, or contracts without reflected total amount, additional VAT invoices for settlement or settlement statements signed and sealed by the buyer corresponding thereto with an amount of no less than RMB 460,000 shall be provided;
Similar performance refers to combustion analyzer projects in the automobile and engine industry.
