Robot Configuration: Equipped with an integrated industrial-grade six-axis robot, featuring repeatability positioning accuracy of ≤±0.05 mm, with payload capacity meeting the weight requirements for the heaviest spray gun and auxiliary devices (≥20 kg). Control System: Utilizes an "IPC+PLC" architecture, equipped with ≥2 21-inch color touchscreens and a fully Chinese-language operation interface. Features formula management capabilities (capable of storing and retrieving ≥1,000 process formulas), with real-time parameter monitoring and historical data traceability support. Safety Protection: The facility is equipped with comprehensive safety features including spray-coated enclosures, dust collection and filtration systems, exhaust gas treatment units, explosion-proof lighting, emergency stop buttons, and safety interlocks such as light screens and door locks, all compliant with China"s Occupational Safety and Health Law, Environmental Protection Law, and standard GB 5226.1. The imported equipment control system meets the following protection ratings: Electrical Protection Grade ≥ IP54; Gas Protection Grade ≥ IP43. Production capacity requirements: The annual design processing capacity must meet the coating repair requirements for maintaining components of 100 GEnx engines. ★Data Acquisition: Features comprehensive data collection and recording capabilities, enabling export of process parameters (e.g., current, voltage, air pressure, powder feeding rate), equipment status, fault alarms, and other information in CSV/Excel format. Media Management Center: The integrated Media Management Center is designed for plasma processing, supersonic processing, and flame spraying processes, utilizing gases including but not limited to hydrogen, argon, helium, nitrogen, and oxygen. The accuracy of the net gas flow rate measurement in the Media Management Center exceeds ±2% of the operational range. Media Management Center: The electrical components and gas piping sections of the Media Management Center must be separated. The center"s enclosure must be fully sealed and equipped with appropriate sensors to ensure system safety. A combustible gas shut-off valve is installed in the Media Management Center; upon detecting excessive levels of combustible gas beyond safety thresholds, the control system will automatically shut off the supply. Plasma power cabinet: A chopper power supply device (secondary chopper switch amplifier) based on Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) technology, with an output setting range of 100–1200 A and an output voltage of 90–240 V. The voltage and current are displayed in real-time on the control system panel. Maximum rated power: 120 kW. Dual-drum Powder Feeder: This volume-based scraper-disk type feeder is equipped with 12 powder drums, each designed for plasma, ultrasonic, and flame spraying processes. The two powder drums are controlled by two independent mass flow controllers, allowing operation in either independent or simultaneous modes as required. It can handle powder particle sizes ranging from 5 to 200 μm, with a maximum feeding speed of 160 g/min. Spray guns: Seven spray guns (including internal-hole and extended models) procured for this project, each suitable for plasma, supersonic, flame spraying, and arc spraying processes. Plasma spray gun: Conventional plasma spray guns have a maximum power of 55 kW; cascade-type plasma spray guns also have a maximum power of 55 kW; plasma inner-hole spray guns have a maximum power of 25 kW and can spray workpieces with a minimum inner diameter of 80 mm. Supersonic spray gun: The gas-powered supersonic spray gun has a maximum output power of 113 kW and features axial powder feeding. Flame spray gun: The maximum power of a conventional flame powder spray gun is 35 kW; the spray angle of a flame extension spray gun is 45°. Arc Sprayer: The machine-mounted arc sprayer is designed for the push-pull wire feeding method. Manufacturer"s After-sales Capability: The equipment manufacturer maintains an in-house after-sales service team in China, with after-sales engineers possessing extensive professional experience. They are capable of providing timely after-sales services including installation, commissioning, training, fault diagnosis, and equipment calibration. The manufacturer"s coating process development capability: The equipment manufacturer"s domestic after-sales technical service institutions possess professional technicians specializing in spray coating process development, along with dedicated coating testing and evaluation facilities, enabling them to conduct coating development and provide technical guidance. Manufacturer"s Qualifications: The production equipment manufacturer must possess copies of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certificate, or equivalent certification from a local thermal spraying institution. | |
| 2 | Thermal Spray Gas Pipeline and Monitoring System | 1 Unit/Set | ★ Pipeline Design and Installation: Based on the site layout, design, manufacture, and install process gas pipelines (including reflux discharge systems) from the gas station (gas cylinder storage area) to the equipment gas consumption points; each pipeline shall be equipped with a pressure reducing valve (installed near the medium management center) to ensure stable gas supply pressure. ★Safety Monitoring: The system includes a gas leak detection and alarm device (covering all gas usage points, pipeline joints, and gas cylinder areas) and a centralized gas pressure management system (providing real-time pressure monitoring, automatic regulation, and over-limit alarms). ★Scope of pipeline engineering: includes cylinder mounting devices, cylinder connection interfaces, and renovation of designated cylinder storage areas (the storage area must be ventilated, explosion-proof, and clearly labeled).
