3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Lot 01
3.1 Bidders from the People"s Republic of China, or countries and regions with normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China shall be eligible to bid. Overseas bidders outside China"s customs territory shall provide local registration documents; bidders within China"s customs territory shall provide a valid business license for an enterprise legal person.
3.2 Bids from manufacturers and agents are both accepted. For agent bids, the original power of attorney issued by the manufacturer shall be submitted.
3.3 The bidder shall possess the necessary equipment, technical support and service capabilities to perform the contract (relevant supporting documents or a self-drafted commitment letter shall be provided).
3.4 The bidder shall provide the original credit certificate issued by its opening bank within three months prior to the bid opening date, or a certified copy thereof.
3.5 Performance Requirements: In the past five years (from January 1, 2021 to the present), the total shipment quantity of global 8-inch & 12-inch wafer furnace low-pressure Poly process equipment shall exceed 20 units, including more than 12 units of 8-inch furnace equipment.

3.1 to 3.4 shall comply with the qualification requirements specified for Lot 01.
3.5 Performance Requirements: In the past five years (from January 1, 2021 to the present), the total shipment quantity of global 8-inch & 12-inch wafer furnace low-pressure TEOS process equipment shall exceed 8 units, including more than 6 units of 8-inch furnace equipment.
