3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*3.1 Eligibility Requirements:
*1)Overseas bidders shall provide valid registration certificates issued in accordance with the laws of their country/region of operation.
*2)Domestic bidders shall provide the business license of enterprise legal person.
*3)Bidders shall submit the configuration list of the tendered equipment.
*4)The bidder must be the manufacturer of the tendered products or an agent directly authorized by the manufacturer. Bids authorized by China general agents, regional agents or other third-party agents are not accepted. Bids authorized by non-independent legal entities such as representative offices or liaison offices are not accepted. Original manufacturer"s authorization certificate is required.
*5)Bidders shall provide the original bank credit certificate issued by their account opening bank within three months prior to the bid opening date, or a scanned copy thereof. If the certificate states "copy invalid", the original must be submitted. Domestic bidders shall additionally provide the account opening permit issued by the People"s Bank of China (scanned copy with official seal), or basic deposit account certification, or bank seal card, etc.
*6)Bidders shall provide sales performance of the tendered products in the past three years (January 1, 2023 to bid deadline), with the bidder as the seller. Supporting documents include contract list and scanned key pages (cover page, scope page, signature page with official seals).
