Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder or its service unit in Chinese Mainland must have obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification or equivalent international quality certification. Copies of the certification shall be attached to the bid document.

3.4 The bidder possesses the capability to independently design burn-in boards and can undertake the hardware design and production for chip burn-in testing independently.
