3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1)The Bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bid products or an agent directly authorized by the manufacturer. If an agent participates in the bidding, it must provide a formal letter of authorization from the manufacturer of the bid products, and only one agent may be authorized for the same brand of products to participate in the bidding for this Project.
(2)Overseas bidders shall provide valid enterprise registration certificates.
(3)Domestic bidders shall provide valid copies of business licenses.
(4)The Bidder shall provide a credit reference certificate issued by its bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
(5)Performance requirement:The Bidder or its equipment manufacturer shall have sales performance of one set of 200-ton multi-mold press of the same type.A copy of the contract affixed with the official seal shall be provided (including copies of key pages of the contract and final acceptance certificates. Portions involving trade secrets may be redacted, but they shall sufficiently reflect the contract signing date, supply scope, quantity, end-user name, names of all contracting parties, and other information satisfying the requirements of this Clause. Where the product name in the contract is inconsistent with that required herein, supplementary supporting documents such as technical agreements may be provided. The Bid Evaluation Committee reserves the right to review the original supporting documents).
