3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders must complete effective registration on the designated electronic trading platform for mechanical and electrical product bidding (hereinafter referred to as the "electronic trading platform," with the website URL: http://www.chinabidding.com) before the bid submission deadline (due to the time required for registration review on the electronic trading platform, bidders are advised to log in to the website as early as possible after deciding to participate in this project to verify their effective registration status, avoiding delays in registration close to the bid submission deadline that may affect normal bidding);
2) The bidder shall be an independent legal entity or other organization that complies with the provisions of the "Bidding and Tendering Law of the People"s Republic of China" (with a business license or other relevant registration documents required);
3) The bidder must be the manufacturer of the goods being tendered, and the tendered goods must be brand-new equipment. The bidder must clearly specify the tendered goods in their bid documents;
4) The bidder has no major illegal records in its business activities over the past three years, has not engaged in any unfair competition practices to secure contracts, has not been involved in major economic or criminal cases, and has not had any contracts terminated or been sued as a defendant due to its own breaches, illegal acts, or violations of commercial ethics (a commitment letter must be provided);
5) The bidder must have sold a minimum of 40 units of the same model of the proposed brand within China from January 1, 2023, to the present (proof of machine acceptance, user purchase documentation, key contract pages, or order copies must be provided).
