3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) From January 1, 2020 to the bid submission deadline (based on the contract signing date), the Bidder shall have performance in the mechatronic design of hot strip mill roughing mill, and performance in the complete supply of bending and shifting roll systems for finishing mill.
(2)Bidding by agents is not accepted for this Project.
(3)(5)Due to the complexity of the project and high technical requirements, any Bidder intending to participate in this project shall contact the Tenderee prior to bid opening to conduct technical exchange and sign the technical attachment before the bid opening date.
