Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder shall be an independent legal person or other organization that complies with the provisions of the "Bidding and Tendering Law of the People"s Republic of China.";
(2) In the case of an agent bidding, the bidder must obtain a manufacturer"s authorization letter for the equipment of this project issued by the manufacturer of the bid goods or proof that demonstrates a legitimate agency relationship between the bidder and the manufacturer;
(3) The bidder or the manufacturer of the bid goods must possess production or supply experience in such equipment, and the bidder or the manufacturer must have provided at least 5 or more units of identical or similar equipment to global clients or 3 or more clients within the past 3 years;
(4) Bidders must complete valid registration on the Machinery and Electrical Product Tendering Electronic Trading Platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the "Machinery and Electrical Product Trading Platform," website: http://www.chinabidding.com) before the bid submission deadline.
