3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Any legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or from a country or region that has normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China is eligible to bid. The bidder must be the manufacturer of the bidding goods or its wholly-owned subsidiary.
(2) The bidder should have a business license (business registration) or an operating license or equivalent proof documents.
(3) Performance requirements: From January 1, 2022 to the present, the manufacturer should have 1 performance record of a thermal simulation testing machine (set), and must provide the performance list and relevant supporting materials (the list should list the sales time, sales quantity, goods name, and end user, etc.).
(4) The bidder and its legal representative (or person in charge) shall not be included in the list of people with dishonesty; the bidder and its legal representative (or person in charge) shall not have any acts of bribery, otherwise their bid will be invalid.
(5) Domestic bidders should provide the original or copy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank within 3 months before the bid opening (it must at least include the content of the bidder"s credit status).
(6) The bidder shall not be included in the blacklist of China Machinery Group, China Machinery Heavy Industry, and this enterprise, and shall not be included in the export control and economic sanctions lists of the United Nations, relevant international organizations, China or any other country or region (provide a commitment letter).
(7) This project does not accept consortium bids.
