4) The bidding goods must be mature products, with no major operational accidents or major quality complaints in the past three years (provide a written statement);
5) The bidder shall possess the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (provide an introduction to the professional equipment and technical capabilities);
6) The acceptance quantity of equipment of the same model submitted by the bidder in the wafer manufacturing industry shall not be less than 15 units, and the bidder shall provide contracts (or orders) and acceptance materials.
