3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1.1 Bidders within the territory of the People"s Republic of China must provide a business license with a unified social credit code (bidders outside the territory of the People"s Republic of China should provide relevant registration and business proof documents);
3.1.2 The bidder shall possess the necessary equipment technical support and service capabilities to fulfill the contract (providing supporting documents or a letter of commitment, with the format of the letter of commitment to be prepared by the bidder);
3.1.3 If the bidder is an agent, it is required to provide the original of the unique authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for this project. Only one supplier can participate in the bidding for the same brand;
3.1.4 The bidder shall possess the manufacturing or sales qualification for the equipment being bid on. The manufacturer shall have installed a total of ≥10 sets of "trough + single" wet equipment with a model of 8 inches or larger within the past three years (valid within 36 months prior to the bid submission deadline, subject to the signing time of the contract or order by Party A);
3.1.5 The bidder shall provide the authorization letter (original) from the unit"s responsible person and a photocopy of the authorized person"s ID card;
3.1.6 Bidders are required to provide a credit certificate issued by a bank within the past three months;
