3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. This project only accepts bids from manufacturers (integrators) and does not accept bids from agents.
2. Documents proving that the bidder has the financial, technical, and production capabilities required to perform the contract (in a format that meets the requirements of the "Authorization Letter Format for Unit Leaders", "Qualification Declaration Format", "Manufacturer Qualification Declaration Format", "Qualification Declaration Format for Bidders (as Agents)", "Authorization Letter Format for Manufacturers", and "Certificate Format" in Chapter 4 of the Bidding Document Format).
3. Performance requirements: From December 1, 2020 to the present (subject to the time of contract signing), the bidder has the sales performance of 1 set (set) of multi-fulcrum crane equipment with a rated lifting capacity of not less than 20t, and needs to provide the key page of the contract (at least including the seal or signature page of both parties, the content and quantity of products sold, and the time of signing the contract).
4.1) Bidders within the customs territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened their basic account within 3 months prior to the bid opening date;
2) Bidders from outside the customs territory of China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by their bank within 3 months prior to the bid opening date.
If the credit certificate clearly states that the photocopy is invalid, the original copy of the credit certificate must be provided, and the bidding agency reserves the right to review the original copy.
5.1) Bidders within the customs territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) must provide the following supporting documents:
① Business license, legal representative certificate of public institution, or other legally registered proof materials.
2) Bidders from outside the customs territory of China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) must provide the following supporting documents:
① Valid business license certificate.
3) Other qualification certification documents: see Chapter 8 for details.
