3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1) This project only accepts bids from manufacturers (integrators) and does not accept bids from agents.
3.2) Documents proving that the bidder has the financial, technical and production capacity required to perform the contract (the format should meet the requirements of "Authorization Letter Format of the Head of the Unit", "Qualification Declaration Format", "Manufacturer Qualification Declaration Format", "Qualification Declaration Format of the Bidder (as an Agent)", "Authorization Letter Format issued by the Manufacturer" and "Certificate Format" in Chapter 4 Bidding Document Format.
3.3) Performance requirements: From January 1, 2021 to the present (subject to the time of contract signing), the bidder has the sales performance of 1 (set) of multi-fulcrum crane equipment (5 fulcrum points and above), and needs to provide the key pages of the contract (including at least the seal or signature page of both parties, the content and quantity of sales products, and the time of signing the contract).
3.4) 1) Bidders within China Customs (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened the basic account within 3 months before the bid opening date;
2) Bidders outside China Customs (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened an account within 3 months before the bid opening date.
(If the credit certificate clearly states that the copy is invalid, the original copy of the credit certificate must be provided, and the bidding agency reserves the right to review the original).
3.5) 1) Bidders within China Customs (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must provide the following supporting documents:
(1) Business license or legal person certificate of public institution or other legally registered certification materials.
